Hud not working on Full Tilt

My Hud stats only work when I'm playing at the particular table. I would like to see the stats when watching a table. I checked my Hud settings for Full Tilt and the track live hands checkbox is disabled. Do I have a setting wrong?

Track live hands is for pot odds and betting sequences during a hand which is not allowed on FTP.
