Hands missing (not imported) from Stars

I'm missing a lot of hands, my stats does not reflect my play at all.

I noticed that i am especially missing the hands which i had won/loss at showdown. Prolly because i remember them and they are not showing up in my Hand History.

Not sure if other hands that i was not involved in are missing as well or not.

I'm using the latest version

ok i tried importing it into a brand new database and it works now. so what gives? is my old database corrupted?

any way to fix this?

Your old DB was damaged somehow. Just import to the new DB and delete the old one. You can email their support and ask for all your old hand histories and tourney summaries to import to the new DB.

Same thing started happening to me with ipoker hands. Only solution to start a new database?? This is an allmighty pain in the ass for those of us with a dozen poker accounts

Are you getting import errors? Are you using an older postgresql version like 8.2 or 8.3?

Before you nuke your old DB you want to be sure by testing with a new DB.

First try reimporting the recent hands with the latest version of HM, to your current DB. Perhaps just the archive for this month. \HMArchive\2010\01

You have to trick HM to try and import files that were previously imported.

1) Right-Click your Desktop > New > Folder.
2) Go to your \HMArchive folder - To verify the path, go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: _________.
3) Open that folder and copy the hands (folders of hands) you think it has missed. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31). Also get any hand files that are in your \poker site\hand history folder.
4) Paste them into your new desktop folder > HM > Import From Folder.

If you get all duplicates and/or errors, you should try importing them to the new DB. If you import your archived hands for this past month to a new DB and it has hands which are missing from the first DB, then you can be relatively confident there are problems with your original DB.
