Problem Import, don't start process hhimport.exe

Hi,
I have a problem with hem,
until two weeks ago, everything worked perfectly,
Now when I start the import of hh, the process HHimport.exe starts for few seconds and then quits unexpectedly.
I also tried to restart it manually, but after 2 or 3 seconds it closes.
I upgraded to the beta, but the problem is not solved.
Can you help me?

Reboot your computer
Update to 1.10 final: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe
Delete all files in the handhistory folder of your pokerclient or move them to a different folder and try again.
