Carbon poker report tab

Besides my first website, I also play on Carbon poker. However it seems that in the reports tab, when I select my alias (consisting of the nick of my 2 sites), only the hands from my 1st side are taken into account, but from Carbon not all hands, or no hands are shown in the graph.

However if I select only my nickname at Carbon, I can see my graph.

Furthermore, if I select my Alias, hand histories from Carbon are not showed, whereas if I select my Carbon nick they are shown.

I put my nick at carbon in my existing Alias, and also set up an extra Hero name. HUD is working fine on both sides, and apparently import as well.

There must be something wrong with your Alias configuration.

Please check that all your screennames are included in the alias. For Carbon it might be necessary to add different variations of your name from the players list (with upper/lower case letters).
