overlapping text

I just did a clean install of .03h and windows xp and now some of the text is overlapping. For example, the text "Select an Import Option" only shows "Select an Import Opt" then the Import Files box covers the rest of it. This happens in many places. I thought it might be the size of the fonts I'm using for windows but I tried changing them around a few times and I still had the problem. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

I figured out it was the DPI setting, I thought it wasn't because when I changed it to normal and applied, I still had the problem. I just did it again but this time I restarted windows and now everything looks fine.
