Hello,

PS.com changed to PS.eu today, and now my zoom HUD runs 1 hand behind. Is this issue easy to fix, or do you need to release a HM software update?

Thanks in advance.

PS. I have HM1 1.12.10a, should I 'downgrade' it to 1.12.09, like Patvs suggested in this (http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hud-general/248661-hud-does-not-work-after-todays-ps-update.html) thread?

HM1:

If you are using HM1 please make sure you have the latest update from this link - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate1MemorialDay.exe

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CLOSE POKERSTARS AND HOLDEMMANAGER BEFORE YOU PROCEED:

Please download the following file from dropbox and place it into your \Holdem Manager or \Holdem Manager 2 folder.

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/11623474/Blitz.dll

Now start Pokerstars and Holdem Manager and it should work again.

Hi,
I'm having basically the same problem. I followed your suggested fix - latest update, download and replace blitz file - and it worked, but then literally half an hour later the problem recurred. In my case, not only does my hud display stats for players not at the table, but it sometimes also displays stats for players who, according to the lobby, arent even playing.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.**

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.**

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates./

**Do the same for the main PokerStars.exe

Windows 7, Panda Firewall and Anti Virus. Set HEM and stars to run as admin, set Panda to allow those two files. Also installed new windows/video card updates. Still having same issues - in some cases the hud stats change as I move from hand to hand, but only from wrong player to a different wrong player.

Please try this update: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.10_31May2011.exe

It includes the new blitz.dll installation.

Hi,
Thats the version I'm running. After I installed it, I had a brief period of accurate stats on my hud before the problem mysteriously reocurred. I just reinstalled the update and blitz file again, to see if it would again provide a temporary fix, but the problem persists. I've also tried everything else suggested up until 31 May in threads on this and some of your other subforums regarding the same issue.

Check if the handhistories:
-are still being saved
-in which folder?
-if that folder actually exists...
-and is added as an auto import folder.

On my computer, in the .com--> .eu update PokerStars had deleted my C:/Users/Patvs/AppData/Local/PokerStars folder
(handhistories were being saved to C:/Users/Patvs/AppData/Local/PokerStars/Handhistory ) and replaced it with a /AppData/Local/PokerStars.EU

Hi,
The hand histories are definitely still being saved because they appear in my HEM during sessions. Also, the folder into which they are being saved has remained unchanged, and that folder is added as an auto import folder.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files(X86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). It may be just called holdemmanager if you've extenstions turned off.

That looks good except you have defined no hero under Hud options -> setup hero names. Please add your stars nick here.

If its still not working please schedule a remote support session with our support. Email support@holdemmanager.com, with a link to this thread and your forum name, so we can setup a Teamviewer (http://www.holdemmanager.com/teamviewer) session.
