I'm trying to set up the hero name on HEM but I when I get to the step where you go to the cash games tab and select "change" I'm not able to select my screen name. I've followed the instructions step by step up to this point.
The error message does come up as it's supposed to but then when I select "change" the only option I have is "edit list" - no select screen name. When I click edit list it comes up with
"Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately..."
I've played hands on Pokerstars and set up the hero name but I'm still not given the option of choosing the name on the "change" list - it's just blank.
