When I have autoimport running, the sound from Ongame stops working. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Please make sure that your ongame client runs as administrator

It do run as administrator.

I cant recall I had thesame problem the first few hundred hands. I am not sure when it started but maybe after like 2-3k hands. I have done a "manual vacuum through pgadmin" since something was wrong when I tried to do it via the list, but that didnt help. Any other suggestions?

Which Windows?
If XP update to XP SP3
If Vista update to Vista SP2

Which soundchip on your mainboard? or soundcard?
If RealTek update your driver to 2.40

Realtek HD Audio Codec Treiber R2.40 XP

I have Vista and SP2 is already running.

I dont know what soundcard I have but it was the latest upgrade possible. I also tried to download som kind of codec (I am terrible with computers) but that didnt seem to do the trick either. The codec is named "6305_Vista_Win7_PG537".

I would really appriciate if I could get this to work. Any more suggestions are more than welcome.

Just checked and there is no files in your auto import folders that HM is moving that is causing it so at least we can rule that out, its been forwarded already to the developer so theyll look into it further

same problem here. It is really annoying ! Only the warning sound is still enable.

I noticed that if I click elsewhere (on my desktop for example) and then I get back to my ongame table, the sounds reappear until I do an action on one of my tables and then it disappear again.

I have Vista sp2 and the lattest HEM.

I hope you will fix this in an incoming upgrade, it would be really nice !

I still have the same issue. It is so boring to only hear the warning sound and not the "it's your turn to play" sound
Please put that issue with a high priority to help all the ongame players so frustrated to not enjoy fully the game at tables with no sounds.
