Hello Support. I have recently started to play Pacific Poker 6max Super Turbo Sngs and made them above 800 and suddenly found out there is a very big difference between ev and profit lines.. i have about 23% ev roi and only 3% actual (always have about 20% diff, even when i had 15% roi). I dont understand how come this is so different, so i hardly want you to take a look at it and if its possible to contact me and review my handhistory, grafs, etc.
This is not normal if the program do this kind of mistakes, so i really need you to make it clear for me to improve my game strategy, thank you.

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.10_25May2012.exe

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/372/Reinstalling+on+a+new+PC+-+Backup+Tips

If that doesn't fix the issues, please reproduce the problem and attach a screen shot - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Was the same problem. But when i update hm1 and creat new database and make import from archive everything become good. But when i play today and HM make autoimport EV shows do not good like befour only for today. When i delete the hole database and import from archive for today only the EV shows good. Why hm1 don't work good at once. 1 time is bad second time is good

the problem not in the hand history. The problem is that when the HM1 make autoimport during the game the EV for todoy shows not good. But when you make import for the same day but from the archive folder the same hand history for the same day EV shows normal. So when through autoimport not good when import from archive folder everything is good.

Please send us the hands and the explanation how it happens. We will then try to reproduce it.

Hello, I have tested it several times, and yes I can agree the graphs are different when you play this kind of sngs and when you import them to the db, so please do something with it, thanks

all you need to do is to play them a little, then create new db and import hands there, you will see a diff in ev graphs

If you simply restart HM2 does the graph correct itself after restart? We need you to send the hand histories for us to reproduce this since we only have 1 or 2 paid testers on Pacific. Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

i have already done this (emailed) and i got a different graph then i had, after that i have created a new db, imported the hands, and got the same graph, so what you need is to test it yourself, play, watch the graph, then create new db and import same hands, and you will see it.. and n, hm doesnt fix the graph after restert, and more.. i have tested it twice and got the same results: graphs are different from autoimport and manual one, cheers.. leaving pacific poker :S

Is this issue in queue? I realize it's probably not a high priority, but it's a pain to keep having to re-import into a different database to see what your redline is (if that one is even correct).

I downloaded this update and have been playing some more Super Turbos with it - my HEM redline is still coming out way too high.

Reimport some hands into a new database.
If you have the same issue, email us a handhistory to support@holdemmanager.com

there is no use to do it, you MUST play it yourself a little, then take a screenshot of your lines (green, red), then remove hand-histories form hm, and re-import them manually, so you could see a big difference, i repeat: there is no use to ask for someone's hhs!
best regards

If you would send us the hands we could probably auto-import them to one database, and them manually import them to a new database, to test/duplicate this issue. Since it has been open for so long and we still don't have any hands sent in to my knowledge, I have forwarded this to our testing team to see if we can find someone on the team to test this in live play but as I mentioned previously I think we only have 1 tester on pacific so it may take some time.

This is a known issue that has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I do not have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HMONE-154. I have added this thread to the bug write up.
