Hi, I downloaded the trial a couple of months back, however, I could not get the hud to work or to get cash table stats imported. I tried for two or three days and then gave up as I was moving house.

I do want to buy this, but I want to be sure I can get it to work first. Is it possible to reset the trial period to test this?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Make sure the hand histories are in English.

Really no way to get another trial or extend it?

I play on iPoker and HEM won't import EUR and GBP tables (http://forums.holdemmanager.com/showthread.php?t=20925&page=7&highlight=iPoker+euro). So I can't really do much with this with so many missing hands, the stats are pretty meaningless. I'd also like to make sure this product actually works before I purchase it and not make the same mistake I made with PT3.

Sorry but the licensing system doesn't allow an additional trial on the same computer.
You can try a different computer, a virtual machine or reinstalling your computer.
Or you take our 10 day refund guarantee as an additional trial.
