hm doens't want to open, nothing changed.....

hello i got to pc, sometimes i play on my notebook but not often
everything worked but yesterday i wanted to play and hm does not work now
i have change nothing on my pc (windows 7 but i already put the 3 files to run as admin)

here are the errors
when i double click on hm shortcut it goes ton windows installer who writes the feature you are trying o use is on a networtk ressource that is unavauilable.click ok or enbter abn alternative path to a folder containing the instalation pacjkage holdemmanagersetupproject.msi

if i directly goes to the path and rune holdmemanager.exe it asks me (in order to use hm an administrator must grant permission to run this software at least once.......and ask me to authorize that is waht i do

after that is writes that he can not obtained a valid licence...

so what s happened, when i said i worked perfectly with windows 7 and i did nothing

i even tryed to disable antivirus and firewall, i got same errors

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.



I'd completely turn off UAC myself: http://www.petri.co.il/disable_uac_in_windows_vista.htm (it's similar for Windows 7)

First try to reboot.

If no help, try this:

Start > Programs > PostgreSQL > 8.x > Stop Service

Start > Programs > PostgreSQL > 8.x > Start Service

If that doesnt help delete the \postgresql\8.x\data\postmaster.pid file, if you see it.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

i did install last beta
i did stop / start database
i already put eht 3 fils to run as admin and tried without firewall or antivirus runnning (read my post please)
i dont want to disable uac because of security issues

can we do a teamviewer?

hm says that my key can t be validate but when i go to the url to manage my keys i can 't log in, he does"nt know my name...

it begins to be a little......boring

You need to create a new account at our registration system.

If you need further help please give us the detailled registration error message.

why a new account? why my old one doesnt work, hm works well on my pc number 1, will this change make problem on my pc1 (because it will certainly generate new keys???

can t we teamviewer?

The registration system has its own user management.
Did you create a user there before?

but there is not key attached to the account so how do i do (i don t want problems with my pc1 which works well, only wanyt my pc 2 to work well as it did before.....dont understand all this problems

Click on the "Add serial key" button and enter your key. Now you see both of your PCs and their status and you can reset them

i entered my key
i did reset pc2

but it still doesnt work (hm does not ask a new key it hust say there are issues with my licence

what sould i do, i can not use hm since a long time on my pc2....
