Agg% Sample Size

Next to the Agg% stat in the popups is the sample size number shown in parentheses. Because of the way the Agg% stat is defined, if I want to know how many flops, turns, and rivers worth of stats that I have on an opponent, can I just look at the Agg% sample size? For example, does the turn sample size for Agg% always equal the number of turns that the player has seen?

Does the street-by-street sample size for Agg% indicate the total number of times that the player has seen each street?
