HELP! My OS, Windows 7 crashed and can't boot to export a database from HM, however I was able to use a data recovery tool and recover all my files from Windows 7. Thus, I have the Hand History files, but I can't boot from my original HM to export a database.

I'm using a new computer now, I have installed HM, and after trying to import hands from C:..Documents/HM Archive as well as remaining files from C:..FullTiltPoker/HandHistory, it's not importing all my hands and profits/losses are off. Please help!...

Your Import is not working at all? Please check this: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/showthread.php?t=21121

You should copy the postgresql data folder from your old computer and try to restore it: http://holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=177

You know what? I think I more or less solved it. The DB doesn't look exact, but closer to what I remembered.

The problem was, when using the system that crashed, I also used a laptop to play. When I transferred hand histories from my laptop on a USB drive to my old computer, it never archived them under "HM Archive."
