NO HUD on microgaming

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12? 1.10 beat 8b

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and which gametype and does the problem occur on more than 1 site? only doesn't work at UNIBET

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button? yes

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site? yes

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ? D:\ Hand History Database; i can see the files but they are .xml files: is this correct? + when i look into HH it says it's a hand from PRIMA

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager? the hands import when i play

5a) Do they import if you create a new database? yes

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work? yes, but still couldn't find the tables

7) If you open the HH are they written in English? yes

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled? yes, disabled

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file? yes

Restart Holdemmanager and try with the table finder again. After moving the cross to the table click OK in the table finder window. Now a window should open asking for adding the poker process to exenames.txt. Answer it with yes and now it should work.

When i start Table finder, it shows like 5-6 tables " unattached" but i have only one open.
when i drag the red cross, there also doesnt appear a new window. So i still doesn't work ....

disregard last post. I tried it again numerous times and i got it to work. Thanx for the advice !

Hi

My hud does not work on sng and mtt BUT work on the CG tables!!


What should I do to fix this ?
I use XP

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

Yeah should work fine, try using the table finder
