Boss wont work after setting up import folder

Boss wont load after setting up the import folder from HEM, I was told by support on Boss and also have seen it on here to setup the import but i just cant find the location thats being said:

C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Boss Media\History This is the one that i can only see

C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Boss Media\Poker\Client. This is the correct one but i cant find

Update to:
http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.10_25May2012.exe

Reinstall Boss

Make the as an auto import you've only added
C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Boss Media\History

(don't add C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Boss Media or any folder that includes OTHER sub-folders, or HoldemManager will also MOVE NON-handhistory .txt files needed by the pokerclient)
