Hi,

I am hacked off, always and always problems with HM. How can you sell a software that isn't finished ???
I have at least spent 10 or 15 hours setting this fkg soft since 3 month (and not for setting hud... just for it to work) !

Now my New problem :
- I have to set my hud with table finder. It never go on table itself (sorry for my english level).

- The replayer doesn't work : a window open in the taskbar but i can't see it.

Sorry, but i'm in a HM tilt state of mind

Room :FTP
OS : Vista

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

Make sure the hand histories are in English.

Try the table finder - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=54

*If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

OS : Vista

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer (start > computer) and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right-click + Properties the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

I have Vista too and it took me awhile to get it working right in the beginning but it's been fine ever since. Just be patient and go through the recommended steps for Vista which is a pain OS to deal with but you'll get there.
