View Full Version : Installed 1.10 Beta 8 now can't open HM

I've just updated my HM to 1.10 Beta 8 and now can't open it. It doesn't recognize my license. I turned off my firewall but problem persists. I reset my license in the HM portal but not change. Should I just reinstall it ?

HM was working fine until I installed beta 8.

Now it won't start.

Says it's a trial version.

When I put in my serial number it doesn't help at all.
Followed all the instructions in the error boxes that come up and nothing works.

Sent my reg.log into support as per directions and I've heard nothing back in a couple of hours.

I went to the registration site like it says to do and reset the code and it didn't help.

Nothing will get this out of trial mode.

Yes exactly the same thing happened to me :(. Did you try reinstalling it ? I think I'll wait until I hear from them.

Please try again, there seemed to be a temporary server or networking glitch that is now resolved
