Hi

Another registration problem. I have installed latest beta, tried deleting the recommended files, and reset my registration code. None of the recommended actions solved the problems.

Details:

"Could not activate licence at server. A valid licence could not be obtained for "Deploy LX Licencing 3.1"

I got this message when I was running beta 7 and still got it after installing beta 8 and following the recommneded registration FAQ methods.

Help please!

I'm having the same problem. I've already tried these steps.

Enable the options to see Hidden Files and System Protected Files: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tuto...utorial62.html

1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

3. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

If you can't find those files, DO NOT delete any other files with similar names.


If that doesn't help, try this:


1. Shutdown Hold'em Manager
2. Navigate to your RVG Software/Holdem Manager/Config folder
3. Create a file called LicDebug.txt
4. Restart Hold'em Manager

You should hopefully be able to enter your new code now. Once you have done this close Hold'em Manager, delete LicDebug.txt and restart Hold'em Manager.


If you still have problems, try this:

1) Open your Internet Explorer and go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections and click on "LAN-Settings" at the bottom.
2) Uncheck every box in the small new menu and click ok.
3) Try to register HM again.

Hello,

I'm having issues as well with this.

and I suggest that someone or Jwebster03 edits his post because he gave away his serial code(not too bright imo)

It is blocking the use of my Holdemmanager too.

Same issues here.

Tried upgrading to 1.10 R8 and ran into the problem.

Went to my laptop which has no changes and I run into the same problem.

i have the same problem like "GhostWolf" :(

I can't activate, because of the "Errors connecting to the server" message.

Same issue... I've not kept up to date at all on the updates, cuz it seemed like everytime I would try, this kinda stuff would happen and I'd lose a day/2/3 playing. When I opened up HEM today, it maed me do the registration again (as if I just bought it).

So despite my better judgement, I have downloaded the patch in hopes that it would let me play... but no dice.

Help please.

Have to make a lot volume this weekend and HEM doesnīt work.

This registration sht is really fucked up!
I registered it like 50 times since i have it and now it is impossible to register.

This will kill the holdem manager soon if it keeps going like this!

HEM really needs an offline mode if you can't guarantee 100% uptime. This crap is annoying when I can't even access the stats I have on people or launch the hud.

We had a temporary problem with the registration server, everything should be back to normal now.

If you are still experiencing problems, please send us your Reg.log from your Holdem Manager\Logs folder.
