ok, tried to install, it started, tracke my name and was imposrting some files

but when i tried to stop auto import the screen just says "stopping..."

when i tried to close the program i got the "do you want to stop importing"

so, i deleted HEM and the sub program thingy

i rebooted and reinstalled again, set up my database again, but now it wont inport anything (but still shows stopping...) i cant get my name in the hero section, but the tables i sit at do show on the table manager, however they do not show any players sat

i am having a nightmare here

i need help, probably a full delete install

where can i find help for this?

ok, my latest state is this:

table manager still not showing any players sat

have managed to import hand hstories that had been archived last time i tried this

currently auto importing, but i have clicked stop, and the box is showing "stopping" , but it isnt actually stopping, and when i click on the X in the top right of the screen i get the message "import is still running. do you want to stop the import" etc

also have not yet got a HUD, but for now i want to check out my graphs from my HHs

anyone out there who can help me?

i am using the free trial to see if i want to pay for this, been told its good, but not looking too good for me so far

so, now, after a shut down and restart i have the following:

HUD now works, table manager now works

BUT

i am trying to import from a backup of my HHs i made and i am still getting the issue with the "stopping" and "import is still running...." things

looks like i might have to forget about my old HHs

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights -

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Rightclick the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe

Make sure the hand histories are in English.

Try the table finder - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=54
