I tried purchasing the license earlier. I haven't received it yet. I didn't go back to the HEM page after I completed the pay pal. My question is "Will I still receive it even though I didnt comlete this process?"

If possible I'd like to have the license number sent to gsbrewer83@hotmail.com only bc i receive those emails on my phone. Thanks
