postgreSQL setup help

Hey guys, I'm trying to assist a friend in getting his hold em manager setup. He purchased the software without doing the trial and now cant get it to install :(

He is installing the postgreSQL and gets to the part that the actual software is unpacking. Once there, he gets an msg saying that installation is backing up and gets an error msg saying "Could not continue installing, account password too short or not unique enough."

He is using Windows XP.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Ya postgreSQL is broke in my book. I was trying passwords such as this Sx_SV/WiLWS?kt~jMWON|QyV/Etxm?+aN#%ovuzyg!UXXDoKO52sV/v and it still considered it not long enough or complex enough. This password was the one it created itself and it wouldn't except it either. I tried using holdemmanager as the user name and that didn't help either.

Actually, he finally got it to work. He had to continue creating different passwords until it finally took one. Wierd, I had no issue when I used the generic setup with mine.
