possible incorrect rake calculation

I downloaded the new beta and I think there's a flaw in the ongame rake calculation it says its 3 dollars rake for 50 NL but according to the site its capped at $1,50 for 50NL and below

HM does not calculate how much total rake is in a hand. It uses Total Put In - Total Paid Out so if there seems to be too much rake then it is either a problem with the hand history or maybe the hand in question did have a higher rake than $1.50
