cant import

i had been using the beta version till yesterday when it stoped working for me so i switched to the 1.09 version now when i go to importing i hit stop importing then it gets perma stuck on stopping message my hem has been down 2 days now

Please update to the latest Beta again.
Reboot your computer.
Check your auto-import configuration settings and check the administrator settings: Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu compatibility tab.
