Ongame HUD Problems

I made a new account with Unibet, Ongame setup the import folders etc I'm getting the hands tracked in and everything BUT

NO HUD ?? I checked to see if all the filters are correct in the HUD setup etc , all is where its supposed to be. Any ideas ?

* Please try updating to the latest beta version 1.10 Beta 7 from the link in my signature.

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

All of the above was already done

Pls confirm this is the correct HH import folder :

C>MicroGaming\Poker\UnibetpokerMPP\ and the file HEM should import is GameHistory.dat

I do get all my hands imported, I can see all my profits/stats in reports, just no HUD nor any table recognition in Table Manager. And table Finder does not see any unattached hands.

Yes, that is the right folder/file.

Uncheck "Import from Subfolders" in the auto-import settings.

Move the files in the handhistory folder to your \hmarchive folder and import them via import file or import from folder.

Try a new session with auto-import. A new handhistory file should be generated.


If you still dont see the HUD, try this fox for the exenames file, to match your site.


Open the ExeNames.txt at \RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config

Change it as described in post# 15 of this thread, for your particular poker client's EXE file.

did all of the above, the exec file was identical , famn thing still doesnt work

I tried the new hand history file, now the dat file wont update, it remains at 0

Had 425 hands played, now I played about 800 more, the dat file is at 0 and DB still has only 425 files.

Suggestions ?
