Even if you have "min bbs won or lost" set to 0, hands that have a very small loss - such as chopped pots with small rake - are excluded from the list. For example:

Full Tilt Poker Game #17545878026: Table Marry (heads up) - $3/$6 - Limit Hold'em - 14:39:49 ET - 2010/01/12
Seat 1: JFBM ($267.50)
Seat 2: 8675309x ($320)
JFBM posts the small blind of $1.50
8675309x posts the big blind of $3
The button is in seat #1
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to JFBM [4d Jd]
JFBM raises to $6
8675309x calls $3
*** FLOP *** [3s 5h 5c]
8675309x checks
JFBM bets $3
8675309x calls $3
*** TURN *** [3s 5h 5c] [8d]
8675309x checks
JFBM checks
*** RIVER *** [3s 5h 5c 8d] [3c]
8675309x checks
JFBM checks
*** SHOW DOWN ***
JFBM shows [4d Jd] two pair, Fives and Threes
8675309x shows [7c Js] two pair, Fives and Threes
8675309x ties for the pot ($9) with two pair, Fives and Threes
JFBM ties for the pot ($8.50) with two pair, Fives and Threes
*** SUMMARY ***
Total pot $18 | Rake $0.50
Board: [3s 5h 5c 8d 3c]
Seat 1: JFBM (small blind) showed [4d Jd] and won ($8.50) with two pair, Fives and Threes
Seat 2: 8675309x (big blind) showed [7c Js] and won ($9) with two pair, Fives and Threes

Here villain loses 50c (1/6 of a BB). The hand isn't included in the filter, but will be included in reports as normal.

Please zip and mail the original handhistory files with a link to this thread to support@holdemmanager.net

The text above is the original HH file. Can you not replicate the error from this? I'm having no problems replicating (just tried it). Save this text to file, import file, set your hero to JFBM, go to "vs players" report, is this hand shown in the bottom hand list?

(I don't have the original HH out of full tilt; the file is from a student. He sends me HHs of certain HU matches by doing an export of hands from the "vs players" tab. I import this. On review, I noticed that hands were missing because he got consecutive SBs. I asked him if there was a hand missed in the hands he sent. He checked it out and said that in the 'vs player' report, so they weren't exported, some hands didn't show. Looking in to it further, it occurred with chopped pots. asked him to send me an example hand and i would submit a bug report to you guys)

We prefer to have the original files, whenever possible. Could he zip the archive folder for that day?

In the future, I would suggest your student export from the Hands tab. He can find the session in the Sessions > Group By > Sessions (by table) and then right-click > adjust all filters for session date and time range. Then he can go to the Hands tab > [x] All, and right-click > Export all hands to HD.

I've sent him a link to this thread and asked him to ship the HH.

Sure you can do it through the hands but we study against certain opponents (it's HU play). I know you can filter with "vs player" but it takes much longer to do.

Anywho none of this is a big deal at all for us, obv it's easy to work around, just thought i'd report you guys a bug
