I used HEM for a while. Stopped playing for a while. Then I've recently started again but the Table Manager stopped popping up so I couldn't get stats overlay. I went through all the FAQs as well as talking to others about what to do. Went through all the trouble shooting steps to no avail. I then decided to just uninstall everything and now I feel I've messed things up even worse. Below are a few errors I get when trying to reinstall...please help!

click on Start and go to Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt

* If you are on Vista, rightclick and choose "Run as Administrator".

A black box should appear. Type 'net user postgres /del' (without the quotes) and press enter.

The user is now deleted and you can (re)install PostgreSQL.

please try this PostgreSQL version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/pginstaller.exe

I'm not sure I follow. I do use Vista and I'm not very computer savvy so where do I right click again?

Okay HEM is now up and running but Table Manager is no where to be found. Hands are still being imported but now I'm back to my initial problem before I messed it up even more, with no table manager theirs no stats on the tables. What's my next step?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

This is the shortcut on the desktop. It will not work for this shortcut.

You need to navigate to the installation folder via workplace: c:\program files(X86)\rvg software\holdemmanager or sth. similar.
There you see the 3 files we are talking about and there you can select the properties via right-click.

I have to set these to "run as administrator" everytime because it seems that way. Also after I do that table manager pops up, tables are recognized and everything is importing but no stats are appearing.

Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights -

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Rightclick the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe

Make sure the hand histories are in English.

Try the table finder - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=54
