I bought the omaha add on and successfully installed it onto my laptop. I have been trying to do so on my desktop but it says i need to register online, i click ok and it says it has succeded but then a screen comes up saying there was a problem.

I have followed the steps in the sticky, deleted the files but the old code is still stuck in the program.

I signed up to the online reg thing and added the new code but it dosent seem to make any difference and i cant really work out what is for tbh.

Many thanks

we have launched a new online form for resetting your own serial codes.

This can be use to clear a code so that it can be used on a different pc or clear a code if your hardware profile changes and it doesn't allow you to continue.

Please go to http://www.holdemmanager.net/registration and signup with a new login name and password and then you can quickly add your serial code and reset it whenever you need to.

First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html
http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/images/hidden.jpg
Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

3. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

The registration site is so you can reset a code after it has been used, so you can use it on a different PC.

1. Shutdown Hold'em Manager
2. Navigate to your RVG Software/Holdem Manager/Config folder
3. Create a file called LicDebug.txt
4. Restart Hold'em Manager

You should hopefully be able to enter your new code now. Once you have done this close Hold'em Manager, delete LicDebug.txt and restart Hold'em Manager.

If that doesnt help send your Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.net.
