not working?

I have done everything that the guide said, but its not importing at all when i click auto import, its just stuck in "auto importing..." not doing anything else. also first time i imported it managed to import loads of old hands but stopped on like 95% from completion and didnt do any more hands. I got some hands into the program tho(i got old hands of pokertracker). when i start auto import, table manager starts and it identifies which table im sitting at but other then that its not doing anything, no stats and no nothing.

it just says. the name of the table, then on pot its a - players is always 0/6

fish is always 0

vp$ip is 0

won is empty

hands is 0

Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights -

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Rightclick the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe

Make sure the hand histories are in English.
