Problem with payouts

Hi,

I play sng 180man on pokerstars, and when I compare Sharkscope stats and Hm stats, the difference is very big.

Payouts are 18 on these Sng.
Problem: HM doesn' t count places 10 to 18.

How can i do to fix it please ?

I don' t find my answer in the forum, my version of Hm is 1.09 beta36b.

You need to request and import any/all your tournament histories and import those to HM. Stars does not write the tourney summaries to your hard drive, like FTP does.

Email support@pokerstars.com and ask for ALL your old Hand Histories and Tournament Summaries.


Then later, you want to import the summaries on a regular basis:


Pokerstars > Lobby > Requests > Tournament History .. > 200

Then you have to create a text file, from the email, to import to HM.

2700 games to re-import. Should I ve to create a new Database ?

No, it shouldnt be necessary. HM will skip over the duplicate hands very quickly, but this insures you have all the hands imported before you import the summaries. The hands come as ZIP files you will download, and unzip to new folders to import. The summaries should come attached to the email as .HTM files. When you Import From Files it will ask you to pick your screen name to apply the summaries to you.

I received My HH & Tournament summaries today.

I just finish to import all of Hand History.
But How can Ido to import tournament summaries ?

These' s two .mht files, one for SNG one for tournaments. I download them in my desktop but I can' t import .htm files from HM.

Open the import file dialogue, navigate to the folder with the files.
In the filename field enter *.htm and press Return. Now you should see the files.

Just something for you : Pokerstars send Tournament summaries in .mht files. So HM doens't see it. We 've to rename the extension files on .htm if we wants HM recognize it.

Just a little question more: Now I 've all my games and profit seems to be good. But when I open the Graph, the curve "Show Luck Adjusted Winnings" doesn' t appears. Normal ?

Depends on the Tourney type. I think this only works for 1 table SnGs.
