View Full Version : Import but no HUD on Betsafe

I am having the exact same problem as in the following thread: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hud-bugs/186551-hud-not-working-betsafe-only.html

and tried the same solutions with no luck.

Here is the screenshot. Table finder can somehow see the table when I drag the red cross to it, but there is no reaction 68851

You need to click on the table name in the table finder window to select it before you move the red cross to the table. Drop it there and close the tablefinder window with OK.

Mostly it doesnt find the table. If it does, then doing what you suggested doesnt help. same result - or lack thereof

Update to: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.10_18May2012.exe

Delete the file Program Files/RVG Software/HoldemManager/Config/exenames.txt
Then try the TableFinder again: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD

the problem still persists, no changes with the update and Table Finder FAQ

Please try this:

1) Close Holdemmanager
2) Delete your existing exenames file, so HM will rebuild them to default:
Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\exenames.txt
3) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Try the table finder again

as described in my first post I am experiencing the same problems as with the thread I linked to there. Obviously I have also tried the same solution suggestions, which did not work.
I tried this solution again, just for the kicks, but surprisingly no luck this time either.

Set the lobby language of the pokerclient in English.

I tried everything (newest update, deleted the folder, table finder,....); i read every thread i could find about this topic; but nothing helped :(

has " toreds " , who had the same problem here, solved the problem ?

My hands are being imported. Everything works but the HUD. I believe that I already posted screenshots.

Update: I was asked to send some info to the technical department, which I did, and since then nothing has happened.

I have the exact same problem. Hands import fine but no hud and the table does not show up in the tablefinder list.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files(X86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). It may be just called holdemmanager if you've extenstions turned off.

And add screenshots of a table and the tablemanager.

None of our testers have funds on betsafe and none of the other skins on that network seem to have this problem so it is most likely a configuration issue specific to your machine(s).

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Please read this important information before our teamviewer session. We cannot do the teamviewer session until all those issues are addressed below:
1 - Make sure you have updated your windows using the "Windows Update" feature Microsoft Windows Update (http://www.update.microsoft.com/windowsupdate/v6/thanks.aspx?ln=en&&thankspage=5)
* - Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer 9 (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).
2 - Make sure Holdem Manager is updated to the latest version Downloads and Manuals - Hold'Em Manager, Omaha Manager & HM Apps (http://www.holdemmanager.com/store/downloads-manuals.php)

4 - Please allow us full access otherwise it slows down the speed at which we can fix the issue
