Windows 7 PostGres error

i just got a new computer with windows 7 and am trying to install HEM and PostgresSQL and when i start to install PostgresSQL I get the initialize database cluster sceen and i get the error "secondary logon service is not running. This service is required. i was wondering if anyone else had this problem and could help me.

This is common, see the faq or search on this forum for secondary and I know for sure you will find the answer.
