Problem with holdem manager startup

It says postgresql is installed correctly but when holdem manager is loading and initializing cluster it freezes and gives me this error message " unhandled exception has occurred" could not load or assembly 'Npgsql, Version=2.0,6.0 and when I X out of that message it continues to freeze. The latest patches were both downloaded also, thanks in advance.

click on Start and go to Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt

* If you are on Vista, rightclick and choose "Run as Administrator".


A black box should appear. Type 'net user postgres /del' (without the quotes) and press enter.

The user is now deleted and you can (re)install PostgreSQL.
