View Full Version : HEM says its already importing when I open the program

When I open HEM it says its importing but its not importing. When I hit the stop importing tab it just says stopping.. and never does anything else. When I first open HEM the only tab that is available to click is the stop tab and the start importing tab is unavaible I just don't understand whats going on. I tried updating and that doesn't seem to work. I have no idea how to fix this so if anyone has had this problem before I will greatly appreciate any help. Also HEM was working great until this started happening. I have even tried changing folders to import but nothing seems to be working. Any help will be greatly appreciated THX.

Reboot your computer.

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

sorry but when i right click on holdem manager it doesn't give me the option to run as administrator. i would like to do a team viewer session to see if u could fix this if u can
