Playing Zoom and my HUD sometimes doesn't display stats on players who I know I have hands with.
More specifically, HUD will show there are 0 hands for that player, when in fact if I change to that player in my reports tab, I see that I have do have significant numbers of Zoom hands for that player in my database.
Suggestions?

Are this players with special characters in their names?
Are you already using this release? http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.10-04May2012.exe

hud options--> additional HUD filters--> turn on include hands from other limits... and turn on mix rush and non-rush.

I think step 1 above worked to solve my problem from what I've noticed so far.

But FWIW I wasn't able to update to May 17 version. When I tried to run the file, received error message:
"The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher."
I am running Windows 7, x64 based PC.

I am running the same version and have a similar problem. My hud will never change from hand to hand, the stats from the first hand played will remain in the hud the entire session. Everything else is working fine. Is there some easy solution to this problem I am over looking? Thanks.

@AbsolutCam: clear your browser cache, reboot your computer and download and install the update again as first thing after the reboot.

@ineedmonies22: you need to start the Stars Client as Administrator
