Error while trying to open database

Holdem Manager working fine...then the following error occured...

The following error occurred when trying to open the database: Failed to establish a connection to '127.0.0.0'

Tried to connect to PostgreSQL and a connection could not be made

Ditto. I am getting the exact same error. I have had holdem manager for a year and am all of sudden not able to run the program. I tried downloading an updated version but that did not work. Any suggestions would be very helpful
