Hi. Possibly very simple question...but I'm tired tonight. :p

I just purchased the Upgrade to change my HEM Pro (holdem only), to HEM Pro + Omaha Pro. I received a new code. Am I supposed to download a new program, or something? Do I have to re-import my Holdem database into the new one? Or does the Omaha part just add on to my existing HEM Pro somehow? Help! lol

Thanks

Had the same problem, looked around and found how to do in the forums.

help > clear license code

then restart HM and enter the new license code

^ correct

You just need to clear your license and enter your new code. Then you can switch between game types in the same program using the game-type drop down menu on all the tabs. Omaha is integrated seamlessly.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Help > Reset License > Restart HM > Register > Enter new code

If you have any problems try to reset your license here:

http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration/

*If you have any problems with either of the above, please email your details to support@holdemmanager.net.

Sigh.

Ok, besides the warning about update not working with Kapersky, and finding no "service node"...

Problem #2: This message:

An error occurred while trying to clear the serial code. To manually clear the code do the following:

1) Click on Vista logo in the bottom left and go to Windows Control Panel - Folder Options. [b]The problem being, there IS no "folder options!" Where do I find this?!?

2) Click view tab, etc.

Hopefully, this hasn't made HEM unusable for the day... :( Took a gamble upgrading before playing a session.

But thanks for the quick replies, guys! :)

My frustration is with computers in general, and, " Why can't things just WORK?!" lol Go Vista, I guess. :p

I will await further instructions...

Enable the options to see Hidden Files and System Protected Files: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html

http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/images/hidden.jpg

1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

3. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

If you can't find those files, DO NOT delete any other files with similar names.

Please send your Reg.log from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder to support@holdemmanager.net.
