holdem manager worked fine until i tried to download omaha manager. i downloaded the full version by accident and emailed the sales team and they graciously let me exchange it for the add on and refunded the diffference.

then i got a new registration code.....

i was never even able to register the original holdem manager using that holdemanager.net/registration website. i have put in all three of my registration codes and i either get the error that the code has not been used yet or it accepts it, but then doesn't display that i have any serials registered. also i'm pretty sure in my frustration i have opened two holdem manager registration accounts. neither of them have had any success registering serials.

when i log on to holdem manager now, it doesn't allow me to put in a serial anymore it just takes me on a very linear path straight to liscence failure(right after the screen that says " success! press ok to continue")

it displays the incorrect (old) serial number on the top and gives me a link to the dreaded registration page and a list of recommended trouble shooting tips.

i have uninstalled my expired norton antivirus, turned off my firewalls, restarted my computer. made sure that holdem manager is running as administrator, made sure that holdemmanager.exe.ldl file is not present in my holdemanager program files, i'm not using virtual box and i'm not using a mac.

now i want to send a log file to support, but the requested log file is not there in the log folder. all i have are text documents and one BAK file. the text documents have log in the title e.g. evlog and log and log.bak but i don't know which to send.

i also should probably send the clipboarded liscence failure error log right?

1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

3. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

If you can't find those files, DO NOT delete any other files with similar names.

Please send your Reg.log from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder to support@holdemmanager.net.
