Hi,

I thinking I'm being a complete noob but I am unable to get ladbrokes working with HEM, I use it perfectly fine with FT and party. I have used the set up guide but I think I must be doing something wrong.

Am I correct in thinking that I have to always manually download my handhistories with ladbrokes? i.e. By going to the menu - my account - hand history?

Thanks for the help

Microgaming sites record hands by default to the gamehistory.dat file. HM can not archive these automatically, so you should archive them manually from time to time.

Uncheck "Import from Subfolders" in the auto-import settings.

Move the gamehistory.dat file your \hmarchive folder and import it via Import From File(s).

Try a new session with auto-import. A new handhistory file should be generated.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer (start > computer) and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right-click + Properties the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Make sure the hand histories are in English.

Try the table finder - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=54

Hey fozzy, this helped a lot thanks.

I now just have one problem in every tournament I need to use the table finder to get the HUD to pop up, however, in cash games the HUD pops up fine on it's own. Is there any way of fixing this?

This is probably caused by the exenames.txt file.

Open the ExeNames.txt at \RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config

Change it as described in post# 15 of this thread, for your particular poker client's EXE file.

If that doesn't help, attach that file here along with your config file.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config. You will also find the exenames.txt file in that folder.

- If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager.
- To attach them to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button.
- Click this and attach the files.

Fozzy,

I've attached the two files. With the exenames file, it is as in post 15, I have tried it also in a different format with poker.exe as 9 and mppoker.exe as 10, however, this just led to HEM constantly cycling through the open tables and it was unusable.

Thanks again

edit: This is probably related to the above but I'm also having the problem of HEM now saving multiple tournaments as one, thie means some tournaments last a couple of days etc and I end up being played 3 out of 9 when all my tournaments are only 5 man.

This is caused by the microgaming software and their hand history format. They dont write tourney information when you change tables, so HM has no way which of your tourneys the new hands/table belongs to.

From the developer:

It’s something I’ll need to work on again. The main problem is that when you change tables that do not update the hand history file to show that the table has changed.
