As I understand it the HUD should just show hero stats for the current session but mine shows stats for all sessions at a particular table (i.e. if I've been at a particular table before - but not in the same session it includes those). How can I get rid of this behavior?

there is a timeout value of 30 mins for separating sessions: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/showthread.php?t=14190&highlight=session+duration

It's showing hero stats based on hands played days earlier on the same table.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

Close HM

C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config\HoldemManger.config

Open with > Notepad

Approximately at line 60:

<setting name="SessionTimeoutDuration">30</setting>

30 minutes of no playing = new session

I use 5 minutes

<setting name="SessionTimeoutDuration">5</setting>

If that doesnt work post some pics of the tables along with your Sessions tab Grouped by: Sessions (by table).

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm

To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

I did this and still same thing. It's almost like it doesn't recognize I am the hero since the table HUD (that displays table vpip and pot size = see attacched) doesn't show the last player who won the pot and so you can't click on it to get the hand history. Is this related. I have setup my hero names.

A screenshot with 2 stats doesn't help a lot. Please post the whole table and explain what is wrong with it.

Btw: have you configured Hud options-> setup hero names?

Here is an example. I hadn't played this table for two days. Hero is on bottom. Should only read 15 hands.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder.

- If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager.
- To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button.
- Click this and attach the file.

That looks fine for me.

I'm out of ideas. I think we need to look on your computer via teamviewer:
Please schedule a remote support session with our support. Email support@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name, so we can setup a Teamviewer (http://www.holdemmanager.net/teamviewer) session.
