Hud crashes each time I try to open a Tournament Info window under Everest
(button 'Tourney Info' on a tournament table).
I think the Hud tries to interpret this window as a table but it is not.
(Assertion failed File MyTable.cpp line 379)

I couldn't reproduce this with 1.6.3h. What version do you have? If not the latest please try downloading it.

I am using the latest version. (1.6.03h).
I found that the tournament was an Omaha one !
I know that you don't support Omaha, but the HUD should at least not crash when you open such a window : I have a mix of Omaha and Holdem tables, on 2 different sites.
I cannot use the HUD on my Holdem tables because of this bug.

I tried an Omaha SNG and had no problem.
Can you switch on the logging in the hud options->tables prefs menu.
Next time you get a crash please send me the log.txt file from the holdem manager\logs folder. A screenshot woould help too. (ctrl+print_screen, paste into mspaint)

As soon as I get another crash I will send you the log.
Thanks for investigating.

I recently purchased HEM, and tried to get it working last night, also on Everest poker (cash tables NLHE). I too, have been getting an 'Assertion Failed' error message. I am definitely using the latest version of HEM.
When I try to attach a picture of the error message, I am not able to upload it due to an 'invalid file' error (saved as .wps maybe this is the problem).
Error message says:
Assertion failed!
Program: ...
File: .\MyTable.cpp
Line: 373
Expression: (nameStart>0)&&(nameEnd>nameStart)
For information on how your computer can cause an assertion
failure, see the visual C++documentation on asserts
Press Retry to debug the application - JIT must be enabled
Abort Retry Ignore
Please help!

Can you tell me the version number?
Does this beta fix the problem?
http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.04beta.exe
If not can you tell me which table you were trying to open?

I have downloaded this patch so I am now running version number 1.06.04 beta14.
The problem hasn't been fixed tho - I still have no HUD. My table manager can find the tables that I sit at but will display no stats.
I am no longer getting the error message above, I'm just getting nothing happening.

Are the hands imported into holdem manager?
Is there any files in "c:\program files\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder?

No, I've just checked this folder and there are no files in it.

It sounds as if the files aren't importing into holdem manager. You are using auto import, right?
Check the Options->Configure auto-import menu and add c;\program files\everest poker\history.

Nope this is still not working. I still cannot see the HUD.
I have the latest version. I am not running vista.
I have setup auto import although the new folder that I setup in '..my documents\processed' is empty. Is this a problem?
I've confirmed that the hand histories are saving ok to the C:\Program Files\Everest Poker\history folder.
I have verified that my hands are being imported successfully per the instructions on this page - http://208.109.95.123/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=129
When I use the table finder (http://208.109.95.123 faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=54) I get the message 'I cannot find any unattached hands. Please wait until the Manager has imported some'.
Little help please.
