Lately, my HUD keeps flickering. When I play 4 tables, the HUD will randomnly shut off for about 10 seconds on 1 table, come back, shut down on 2 tables, etc.

I updated my graphics card + moved the Opacity slider all the way to the right in (HUD Options - Player Preferences)

I'm running PostSql 8.4 + 1.10 beta 6.

Do you tile or stack/cascade your tables> Have you tried HUD Options > Tables Preferences > [x] Force On Top?

I tile the tables and I already had "Force on Top" set up. This problem starting happening after I updated to about 1.10 beta 4.

Any Aero effects or other desktop themes?
More than one monitor?

I've played for the past few days on only 1 monitor (My 24 inch one) with the same problems.

Hello

I have the exact same problem. I've just bought and uploaded up to date HEM release. New comp, new W7.
Everything works fine except HUD turning off for 5-10 sec. every minute or so.
Since this is not 'my' thread I'm not answering all the questions you request, but if necessary, I'll post them too.

Hi, Is there an answer yet?

I upgraded to 1.10, it worked better for a bit. Now it's just as bad.

Hi, Is there an answer yet?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest version 1.10.01 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer (start > computer) and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right-click + Properties the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/275/Windows+Firewall+%7B47%7D+Defender+Problems

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or later for w7) installed.
