I haven't used HEM on my laptop for a while. I recently upgraded my license to holdem/omaha, but I guess I didn't input the new code into the copy of HEM on my laptop. When I try to start it now, it says I have 0/15 days left and I need to activate now. When I press "Activate Now" it asks me to pick PC1/PC2, and when I do it says "Sucess. Click OK to continue."

When I do, it says "A valid license could not be obtained for 'Holdem Manage'. Please contact RVG Software Ltd for assistance. When I click OK, it suggests a number of different solutions, none of which worked. On that same page it also shows my serial number, which is the old license for just the Holdem version.

Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

3. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

--

Now when starting HEM.. it shouldn't list your old serial anymore. Try activating it with your new serial.

There is no holdemmanage.exe.ldat in that directory.

Just ignore step 1 if the file doesn't exist.

It still doesn't work. I have my hidden files shown, I deleted the file in step 2 (actually it wasn't there from the first installation). It's just the same thing as happened before.

It could help if you attached your reg.log file.

Try this:

1. Shutdown Hold'em Manager
2. Navigate to your RVG Software/Holdem Manager/Config folder
3. Create a file called LicDebug.txt
4. Restart Hold'em Manager

You should hopefully be able to enter your new code now. Once you have done this close Hold'em Manager, delete LicDebug.txt and restart Hold'em Manager.

If that doesnt help Please send me your Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder, to support@holdemmanager.net with a lonk to this thread.
