I am currently using poker tracker but have heard a lot of good things about HEM lately and have been thinking about buying it. I downloaded the software to try it and when i click "try" it brings me to a window that says "Database Control Panel". The default numbers here are server name: 127.0.0.1; port number: 5432; login name: postgres; and password: postgrespass.... I have postgresql downloaded already (because i have poker tracker3) but when i click connect, it tells me the username/password was incorrect and asks if i would like to have HEM configure the database to accept the login, i click yes and then it tells me "sorry, HEM was unable to make this change". What am I doing wrong????
