I believe there's no current way to filter out true 6-max table stats. As a result, I have posted a new idea to the uservoice.com page that would simply add a filter to filter by table name - since FTP always puts 6-max in the table name, this would be a great, easy, 100% way to filter out or include only 6-max stats in a report.
Separately, for the time being - any ideas on how I can flag 6-max hands to be separate? I don't want to just delete them from the database, and I'd prefer to not use the marking feature for that (but if I did, how would I filter by the marked hands?). Is there some other way I can just direct HM to move the selected stats (i.e., when I view all hands on a 6-max table in the Sessions tab) to a different database or user name? Maybe the only way is if I go in and do a SQL query on the database to change the player name for all hands where table name is like 6 max to mark the player name as such? Would that work?
