I'm not sure. This is a bug or not.

In the final part of the SNG-tournament the blinds are very large and should strongly influence the $Ev.
Why when I lose the blinds, I have not changed $Ev?
---
2: 4.7BB -> 6.2BB (but $Ev = 0)
3. 6.2BB -> 5.2BB (but $Ev = 0)

Which HM version?
Which type of tourney?
Which pokersite?
The EV calculations are made when nobody is able to make any more actions and 2 or more people are all-in.
I don't think your hands meet this requirements?

HM 1.09
SNG 6 max $6.5
PokerStars

Perhaps, but in this case I do not understand what could speak EV graph.
I think cEV Diff must change in 2 and 3 situations => $EV Diff must change two.

First of all upgrade to 1.10 beta 6 http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
Now about your hands:
3 you fold in the BB, losing 100 chips.
2 you steal the blinds, winnings 150 chips.
1 you're involved in a preflop allin situation: 99 vs Ax (x = T/J/Q/K) and you loose the hand.
Situation 1 is the only hand where you had 50% equity in the total pot. Therefore losing the hand (same effect had you won the hand) had a big effect on the cEV and $EV.
$EV can and will only be calculated in allin situations and does not apply for 2 and 3.
