Does HUD work on Poker Loco? I had the same problem with an older verision of Pacific. Any idea if Poker Loco software does not support HEM HUD? Thanks in advance.

Morny--thanks for the reply. PokerLoco is ongame which is supported. I mentioned in my post that HEM is retrieving hands but the HUD display does not work. This has happened on Pacific and I do not know why but if anyone has a suggestion it would be greatly appeciated.

Pacific and Ongame you need a seperate hand grabber to get the hand histories for you nowadays. The poker client doesn't write the HH's itself. They're working on getting it integrated but for now use the Ongame Extractor which you'll find in your HEM Program files folder.

Are you using this version http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.03h.exe

1) Launch OnGameExtractor from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager

2) Click on Browse and find the ongame database, in C:\Program Files\EurobetPoker\Resources\Databases for example

3) It will extract all the hands into your holdem manager\importing\hem data folder – YOU NEED TO ADD THIS FOLDER TO YOUR AUTO IMPORT LIST

4) As new hands are played it will immediately see them and extract them into the hem data folder and then HM will pick them up and import

5) You can click on “Close” when your session is over.
