My profits have been off in Holdem Manager in comparison to my FTP cashier. I have made sure to update to latest beta, and I am also not closing out tables before a hand is completed. It has been perfect accurate some sessions and off by half a BI other sessions.

This can happen because of a disconnect in a hand or if some hands are missing. To look into it further you need to find out which hands are missing. For a crosscheck you could import some hands into a new database for a test and compare them to your current database.

Ok, I played a session and then copied all of the hands from the last session into a new DB. Here is what my main DB shows

Here is what my Test DB shows

And actual profits from my cashier before and after are $563.80

Please www.7zip.org the hands and email them to me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread.

Ok, since I set up the test DB and imported hand there my profits have only been off around a $1 give or take per session (in my main DB) which is fine. Should I just e-mail FTP and reimport the hands for those days in which they were off?

Export the hands from your old database and import them to the new one.

You don't need to contact FTP support if no hands are missing.

Any guess how long that is going to take for a 1.8 million hand DB?

Sorry, I have been way behind the past week due to us being short-handed.

Depends on your machines performance. How big is your DB's \data folder? 2 million hands would be around 20gb if no log files in postgresql. I could imagine an export taking 30 - 60 minutes. If you have a new desktop you may be able to get import speeds of 80 - 100 h/s. If your desktop is older, maybe only 30 - 40 h/s. If you have a laptop that is a few years old, you might only get 10 - 20 h/s when importing.

Created a new DB and profits are still off. I followed the instructions like you said to export all hands and import new ones. I really just need to get the hands from the 26th to present right now. I can worry about the rest later

Ok, So I just went in and created another new DB. Then I imported the hands one folder at a time from the 26th till present in the HM archive and it is accurate from the cashier numbers I have been keeping.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using? Is windows fully updated?

Which version of PostgreSQL are you using and how long has it been imported? If you have to create a new DB and import everything again, I would suggest you reinstall postgresql, delete your old \data folder, and import to PostgreSQL 8.4, using this installer - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/showthread.php?t=20755
