HM1 license

hiho,

i got HM1 couple years ago with a friend in a 2for1 deal for 2 machines, i updated HM1 and now i have 2 activate my license again, i have my key but no contact 2 my friend anymore.

and now i get this message when i try 2 activate it:

"could not activate license at server.

no more activations allowed. you must first deactivate the software from the original machine before attempting to activate again."

problem here is i dont have contact 2 my friend anymore and i dont wish 2 have contact 2 him anymore.
but i have my key, so how can i make it work again, cause back then i payed half of the license.
also i obv can t use my tableninja.

please help me

Reset the serial;:
we have launched a new online form for resetting your own serial codes.

This can be used to clear a code so that it can be used on a different pc or clear a code if your hardware profile changes and it doesn't allow you to continue.

i logged on my old acc on Hold'em Manager Poker Software - Best Poker Tracking Software (http://www.holdemmanager.com) and i could see my table ninja key but not my HM1 key, cause like i said i got it from a friend who got 1key for 2 machines, and when i typ in the KEY it says "This License Code is already uploaded." and when i try 2 activate HM1 with that code it tells me that there need 2 be something done at the #1pc, but i am #2pc, so how do i fix this cause i have a HM1 key and a TN1 key...

Our license doesn't allow to share keys between "friends". Every license is only valid for 2 PCs owned by one person.

So either you or your friend need to buy a new license.

okay my new problem is: where do i buy a new key?

and secondly where can i type it in, cause when i reinstall HM1 it always instantly says that i can t activate it and i can t type in any type KEY anywhere. so where could i put my new purchased key in?

First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html)

Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

This is a hidden SYSTEM file. (not just a regular hidden file)


Also please try this:

1. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
2. Open HM and register
3. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file


That will enable you to enter the serial key.
