Hud doesn't work and don't import files

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?
holdem manager professional 1.09
2) What Poker Site are you playing on and which gametype and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?
pokerstars, all games
2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?
yes, table manager has come, but it doesn't import files and it is all written 0/6 and so on.
3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?
Yes.
4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?
No, there are no hand historie files in the folder I have chosen.
5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?
No.
5a) Do they import if you create a new database?
How should I do that?
6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?
Yes, I have tried and it didn't help.
7) If you open the HH are they written in English?
There are no HH.
8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?
I am playing also in Prima network and there everything is OK.
9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Make sure the hand histories are in English.

I have updated my version to the last one and made those 3 files run administrator but they still doesn't import files. What to do now?

No, there are no hand historie files in the folder I have chosen.


Open PokerStars--> Options--> Instant Hand History Options--->
make sure save my hands history is selected, language = English
and check if the folder listed there, is the same folder lister in the configure auto import screen

I have one more problem. How should I remove those frames?

Everythink is done correctly (language, right folders)

Switch off table preferences -> card and alignment edit.

1. Create a new folder c:\stars.handhistory
2. Configure your Stars Client to write handhistories to this folder
3. Configure Auto-Import in Holdemmanager to read the files from this folder

One more and I hope the last problem - when I click the left mouse button on hud stats, there comes only a small table of stats, not the big one where almost all stats are written. How to make again that big table to show up?
