I purchased HM about two months ago and did not find any problems in registration process. Today i installed HM on laptop and tried to register via HM / Help / Register Holdem manager which leads to Holdem Manager Registration System (Beta).

I've informed to use profile PC#2 when prompted for laptop but I cannot find any way to make that selection between PC#1 or PC#2. That is the main problem!

"You can use this code on 2 pc's. Choose profile 'PC#1' for one pc and 'PC#2' for the second pc when prompted."

As being an idiot I also tried to find that option to select PC by pressing the reset button at registration system and now it is saying 0 after my serial number under PC tab. Now i dont know how to make my desktop to be PC#1 again. HM is still working on desktop but for how long?

So, how to make that profile selection?

Stupid issue, but thanks for your replies!!!

Enable the options to see Hidden Files and System Protected Files: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html

http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/images/hidden.jpg

1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

3. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

If you can't find those files, DO NOT delete any other files with similar names.

Please send your Reg.log from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder to support@holdemmanager.net.

If that doesn't help, you can also try this:

1. Shutdown Hold'em Manager
2. Navigate to your RVG Software/Holdem Manager/Config folder
3. Create a file called LicDebug.txt
4. Restart Hold'em Manager

You should hopefully be able to enter your new code now. Once you have done this close Hold'em Manager, delete LicDebug.txt and restart Hold'em Manager.

If neither of those work, I would probably suggest a reinstall with revo uninstaller - http://www.holdemmanager.net/forum/showthread.php?t=20816
